Xcaliber Drilling Motors offers a complete line of down-hole mud motors from 1-11/16” OD to 9-5/8” OD which are designed to provide maximum performance resulting in reduced drilling time leading to cost savings for any application. Engineered for durability and longevity the Xcaliber Drilling Motor is designed and manufactured to specific tolerances and highest quality materials.

Our field proven power section designs provide the optimal combination of speed and torque delivered directly to the bit giving unsurpassed performance. Xcaliber Drilling Motors has the right power section to meet the most demanding environments. Speed and torque delivered from the power section is transferred via a high strength constant velocity transmission to a forged alloy steel drive shaft for maximum torque output and reliability.

The Xcaliber bearing assembly is a flow through bearing design allowing for maximum bit differential without the potential of compromising any seals. To provide the maximum wear resistance and durability the Xcaliber bearing assembly incorporates radial bearings comprised of Tungsten-Carbide as well as a full contact, bi-directional thrust stack which is machined from the highest quality tool steel.

Xcaliber Drilling Motors have an industry leading safety catch design incorporating up to three separate catch devices. This added protection significantly decreases the chance of leaving motor parts in the hole in the highly unlikely event of a connection failure.
